IT Environment Support Specialist

About the role

The Ops SME will lead vulnerability management across EY's infrastructure, applications, databases and cloud environments, ensuring security compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end vulnerability management activities and coordinate with AMS Lead.
• Review, analyse and prioritise vulnerability scan results based on risk, severity and business impact.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, database teams and vendors to drive timely remediation.
• Monitor remediation progress, enforce SLA compliance and prepare executive dashboards.
• Support internal and external audits and manage exception processes.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call escalation support for critical vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• 7+ years in corporate IT, with at least 3 years in ITIL‑based operational/support service management.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, CVSS scoring and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience working with .Net applications, Microsoft Azure, SQL/Oracle databases and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a matrix organisation.
