IT Audit Manager – Risk & Regulatory

About the role

PwC is hiring an IT Audit Manager within its Risk & Regulatory practice at the Acceleration Center Buenos Aires. The role leads IT audit engagements that assess the design and effectiveness of IT systems and controls to support compliance and mitigate risk, while also managing client accounts, leading teams and mentoring junior staff. It sits within global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT audit engagements to evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT systems and controls
• Manage client relationships and expectations while delivering audit services
• Guide teams in applying auditing methodologies and implementing compliance programs
• Use analytical thinking and data analysis to assess governance and risk management processes
• Develop and execute project plans to meet client service expectations and timelines
• Oversee the review and verification of financial documents in line with GAAS
• Implement data security and information security measures and ensure responsible information management, including data protection
• Coach and mentor team members, and facilitate data visualization to support audit findings
• Engage in strategic questioning to identify process improvement and innovation opportunities

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency
