International Tax Analyst

About the role

PwC is hiring an International Tax Analyst for its Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, within the Tax practice. The role provides specialized advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions, analyzing international tax laws and regulations to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risk for multinational businesses. It is a specialist position working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized advice on international tax planning and compliance strategies
• Analyze complex international tax laws and regulations to optimize global tax positions
• Support client projects with detailed analyses and technical insights
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that minimize tax risks and enhance tax efficiency
• Apply tax accounting skills to assess and improve client tax structures
• Gather and interpret data from various sources to identify patterns and inform tax strategies
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Take ownership of personal development and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Follow responsible information management, information security and data protection practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration or Economics, with at least 50% of the university degree completed
• At least 1 year of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
