IT Audit - Experienced Associate

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring an IT Audit - Experienced Associate within its Assurance practice. The associate provides independent, objective evaluations of financial statements and internal controls, focusing on clients' digital environments such as processes, controls, cybersecurity measures and data systems. The role suits someone who takes ownership of client engagements, learns quickly and wants to grow within a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Audit digital environments to evaluate internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Analyze data and AI systems to identify patterns and assess governance frameworks
• Apply auditing methodologies to assess cybersecurity measures and IT controls
• Gather information from diverse sources to support process reviews and risk identification
• Use cloud engineering skills to improve data quality and validation processes
• Understand responsible information management, including information security and data protection, and ensure correct information security management practices
• Engage in continuous learning and give constructive feedback to improve team performance and client outcomes

Required profile

• Graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems or Business Administration, with at least 80% of the university degree completed
• At least 1 year of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency required
