Institutional Sales Manager (LATAM)

About the role

Binance’s VIP & Institutional team is looking for an Institutional Sales Manager to build and manage relationships with major institutional and VIP clients across Latin America. The role is remote‑first and involves travelling to meet clients at bespoke events.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients.
• Expand existing customer relationships through sustained communication and needs analysis.
• Build and maintain key customer service processes, management rules, and status tracking.
• Analyze user behavior, produce customer analysis reports, and coordinate with internal departments to deliver optimal solutions and product feedback.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales and client‑service experience in banking, investments, FX sales or related financial sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting clear sales KPIs and working autonomously within a sales team.
• Experience collaborating with regional sales teams, attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, relationship‑building ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Passion for crypto; industry experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
