Instagram Content Strategist for CEO Personal Brand

About the role

Statiq is seeking an Instagram Content Strategist to grow the CEO’s personal brand through organic, engaging short‑form content. You will focus on Instagram Reels, carousels and Stories, turning complex marketing ideas into simple, compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Research trends, conversations and emerging topics across marketing, advertising and Meta Ads.
• Develop fresh content angles and create a pipeline of ideas for Reels, carousels and Stories.
• Write conversational scripts, craft attention‑grabbing hooks and structure storytelling for short‑form videos.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and the marketing team to produce clear creative briefs.
• Analyze content performance, identify successful formats and continuously refine the strategy.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in content, social media or creative strategy, especially for Instagram short‑form formats.
• Strong ability to simplify complex marketing concepts for a U.S. audience.
• Curiosity about digital marketing, paid advertising and performance creative.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
