Influencer Manager (Spanish-speaking)

About the role

Quadcode, a fintech SaaS provider, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and scale creator partnerships across Latin America, focusing on Mexico and Argentina. The role is hands‑on and requires leveraging an established local network to drive brand visibility and measurable acquisition results.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess and build long‑term relationships with creators and influencers across LATAM, especially Argentina and Mexico.
• Manage influencer collaborations end‑to‑end: outreach, negotiations, briefs, approvals, delivery and reporting.
• Build a reliable pipeline of high‑quality creators, managers and agencies, targeting profiles with 300k+ followers.
• Track campaign performance and provide clear insights on scaling, optimisation or termination.
• Support local special projects, offline events and creator activations across LATAM.
• Represent Quadcode externally as the official point of contact for creators, agencies and partners.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or influence‑marketing agencies.
• Established network of influencer agencies, talent managers and creators in Mexico and/or Argentina, with access to mid‑ and macro‑influencers.
• Native‑level Spanish and confident English (B2+).
• Based in Mexico or Argentina with willingness to travel occasionally within Latin America.
• Comfortable being a visible representative of the company, including appearing on the website and at external events.

Required skills

• Understanding of how to improve response rates and build trust in outreach.
• Experience managing campaigns from first contact through performance reporting.
• Knowledge of brand‑awareness and performance metrics for influencer campaigns.
