HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The company seeks an experienced HR Operations Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing administration of Rippling for a multi‑location U.S. business. This fully remote position supports full‑time and part‑time employees across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Rippling setup, including entities, locations, employee data imports, job codes, and onboarding workflows.
• Configure and maintain payroll, benefits, state tax IDs, and multi‑state HR policies within Rippling.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, prepare offer letters, and keep employee records accurate.
• Implement time‑tracking, clock‑in/clock‑out processes, and integrate them with payroll.
• Provide HR and payroll support to employees and managers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience supporting U.S. employees.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and managing Rippling.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
