Hospitality Guest Experience Agent

About the role

Sosuite Inc is looking for enthusiastic Guest Experience Agents to join its remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for guests staying at our design‑forward, tech‑enabled properties, helping them enjoy a seamless stay from check‑in to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, text, email, and booking platforms.
• Guide guests through the Sosuite experience, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Troubleshoot minor technology problems such as unit access, Wi‑Fi connectivity, and payment issues.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule tasks and support the finance team in capturing ancillary revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including overnight shifts and weekends (EST schedule).
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed.
