Hiring Journey Associate - Remote Work

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will ensure a positive hiring experience for candidates while supporting an efficient recruitment process that meets client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their process and maintain engagement.
• Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience and fit.
• Support candidates before interviews, coordinate interviews and assessments, and participate in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests and assessments while keeping candidates interested.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for staffing decisions.

Required profile

• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced level of English.
