Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout BairesDev’s recruitment process. You will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its talent pipeline, helping to move candidates forward efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress and keep them engaged.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
• Assist in assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Support candidates before client interviews, coordinate interview schedules and assessments.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests and assessments while maintaining candidate interest.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed hiring decisions.

• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
