Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. This fully remote position supports both internal and client‑facing hiring processes, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations, and other applicant data.
• Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments.
• Provide candidates with interview preparation support and facilitate client interview sessions.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
