Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing staffing and recruitment company. This full‑time remote position focuses on sourcing and placing healthcare professionals for US‑based medical aesthetics and wellness practices. You will build relationships with candidates and support clients throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage qualified healthcare professionals for US‑based clients.
• Recruit for roles such as nurse practitioners, registered nurses, injectors, estheticians, physician assistants, medical assistants and other healthcare positions.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills and fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide a positive experience.
• Assist with onboarding, document collection, credential verification, background checks and compliance.
• Build talent pools and proactively identify future hiring opportunities.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on pipeline health and placement progress.
• Support administrative functions such as scheduling, reporting and client communication.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal team members to ensure successful placements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
• Experience recruiting for US‑based healthcare, medical, nursing or allied health roles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare job titles, licensing requirements and hiring processes in the United States.
• Proven ability to work remotely in a professional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
