Guest Experience Ambassador

About the role

Four Seasons Buenos Aires is looking for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join its team. The role works closely with the Guest Experience team to create exceptional, personalised experiences for guests and visitors, and covers pre-arrival communication, reservations and guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Guest Experience team to create memorable, personalised experiences for guests and visitors.
• Handle all pre-arrival communications for incoming guests by email, chat and telephone.
• Book restaurants, spa sessions and other activities together with the Concierge team.
• Ensure smooth arrivals and departures and that all guest requests are met.
• Keep all departments delivering a perfect, professional guest experience.
• Improve the guest experience with innovative ideas and solve problems as they arise.
• Review daily reservations and guest profiles to identify VIPs.

Required profile

• Tertiary or university education related to the industry.
• Previous experience in similar positions or in Front Office.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Availability to work on rotating days and hours.
• Ability to obtain the necessary documentation to work in the country.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera system.
• Multitasking, good interpersonal relationships and a positive attitude.
