Growth Marketer – Director of Growth

About the role

We are seeking a senior Growth Marketer to lead full‑funnel growth for a fast‑growing DTC energy drink brand. The role focuses on subscription acquisition and retention, combining paid media expertise with creative and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition on Meta, including budget allocation, campaign management, and performance reporting.
• Develop and execute creative strategy, CRO, email/SMS, and retention initiatives, managing the promotional calendar.
• Guide content strategy and production across founder‑led, UGC, and whitelisting assets; elevate TikTok and organic content.
• Lead landing‑page testing, offer experiments, heatmaps, and session analysis to convert traffic into subscribers.
• Build and optimise subscription retention flows, win‑back campaigns, loyalty incentives, and Klaviyo email sequences.
• Forecast, track and report key KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, churn and subscription rate on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) – spoken and written.
• 7+ years scaling DTC/CPG brands via paid media with proven revenue impact.
• Experience managing Meta Ads budgets of $50K+ per month.
• Deep knowledge of Meta ad buying structures (manual, CBO/ABO, Max Value, bid caps).
• Strong creative sensibility with experience producing content and collaborating with creators.
• Analytically driven and comfortable adopting new AI/tools.
