Global Learning Partner

About the role

The Global Learning Partner will support the Head of Learning in shaping and executing LDC’s learning strategy across multiple business units. Acting as the primary learning advisor, you will identify needs, design solutions and drive a culture of continuous development aligned with key business KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Learning in defining the overall learning agenda and strategy.
• Serve as key account manager for assigned business units, coordinating all learning activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners to design impactful learning solutions linked to business objectives.
• Provide expertise on learning trends, research, tools and methodologies.
• Conduct learning needs assessments, skills and competency analyses, and contribute to capability planning.
• Lead the development and delivery of learning products and programs, collaborating with the Learning Solutions Manager.
• Manage transversal learning programs on digitalization, sustainability, innovation and customer centricity.
• Measure learning ROI, ROE and application using defined metrics.
• Maintain the learning calendar and curriculum for internal clients.
• Support change‑management initiatives and promote LDC’s learning culture.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with senior business leaders and HR partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in measuring learning impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
