About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support the end-to-end lifecycle of client engagements. The role covers coordination of engagement setup, financial planning, contract management, billing and ongoing maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. It calls for strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, including setup, updates and closure
• Set up new engagements in internal systems with accurate and complete data
• Support client onboarding and compliance, including risk assessments and required documentation
• Prepare, review and maintain client contracts
• Develop and manage financial plans, including budgeting hours, revenue and key performance metrics
• Monitor engagement financials against expected targets
• Support billing, including invoice preparation and tracking
• Maintain engagement data and work with cross-functional teams
• Communicate with stakeholders in English, written and verbal

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
• Experience in a multi-cultural team environment is desirable
• Fluent in English
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• SAP proficiency is desirable
