Founder's Associate – Chief of Staff Track

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO of an AI‑native search and merchandising SaaS for Shopify Plus brands. This position offers a fast‑track path to a Chief of Staff or Operations leadership role, giving you exposure to every facet of an early‑stage company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO by attending leadership and customer meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow‑up actions are executed.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and priority items to keep the executive workflow efficient.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, translating strategic decisions into concrete actions.
• Take ownership of core operational functions such as payroll, finance administration, contract and vendor management, and internal documentation.
• Maintain the company’s operating cadence, meeting rhythms, and confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Founder’s Associate, Chief of Staff, Operations Associate, or a similar founder‑adjacent role in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to solve ambiguous problems, create structure, and follow through on details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling highly confidential information and taking ownership without direction.
