Executive On Premise (Musketeer)

About the role

The Executive On Premise (Musketeer) is the face of Red Bull in bars, restaurants, clubs and events. You will act as a brand ambassador, territory strategist and trusted consultant to grow sales and strengthen the brand’s presence in the on‑premise channel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with bar staff, distributors, promoters, agencies and other key influencers.
• Promote Red Bull’s portfolio, ensuring premium execution at all on‑premise locations and events.
• Develop and implement innovative territory plans that align with company strategy.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and translate insights into actionable programs.
• Manage resources, budgets and tools to maximise efficiency and impact.
• Negotiate agreements that create mutual value for Red Bull and its partners.
• Track performance, analyse data and report on growth areas and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within nightlife or hospitality environments.
• Basic knowledge of the on‑premise market and industry dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales and financial processes.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
