Senior Sales Coach & Trainer (Setter Program Lead)

About the role

MEDLIFE is seeking a hands‑on Senior Sales Coach & Trainer to own and continuously improve its 90‑day Setter Training Program. You will coach, mentor, and develop Setters while supporting the broader sales organization across multiple portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and iterate the 90‑day Setter Training Program.
• Assess new Setters, create individualized development plans, and run daily coaching sessions.
• Review real sales calls using Gong, Avoma, or similar tools to identify objections and best practices.
• Translate successful behaviors into scripts, role‑plays, and coaching rubrics.
• Partner with Sales Management and Operations to raise training standards and align metrics such as qualified meetings and deposit conversion.

Required profile

• 5+ years in sales training, enablement, frontline coaching, or sales leadership.
• Proven track record improving sales performance through practice‑focused coaching.
• Experience with LATAM‑based teams selling to U.S. or Canadian customers.
• Fluent, native‑level English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, or related field.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• Experience with conversation‑intelligence platforms such as Gong or Avoma.
• Strong remote facilitation and data‑driven coaching abilities.
