About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in daily operations. The role involves managing schedules, communications, and client interactions to ensure the executive’s time is optimized and the organization runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the CEO.
- Handle internal and external email communications.
- Support client‑facing interactions with professionalism.
- Coordinate calls, follow‑ups, and meeting logistics.
- Maintain organization across tasks, workflows, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in administrative or client‑facing roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and tech‑savvy.
- Professional, polished communication style.
- Personable, proactive, and resourceful.
- Experience with CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas, organization).
- Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level).
- Ability to take ownership and keep the CEO organized and efficient.
