Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead

About the role

Join Endava's Business Platforms team as a Technical Team Lead, driving the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for insurance clients. Combine hands‑on development with solution architecture and lead a skilled engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
• Translate business needs into technical stories and oversee sprint planning.
• Develop Power Apps, Dataverse models and PCF controls.
• Provide hands‑on development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and manage integrations via Azure with ERP, intranet and other systems.
• Establish development standards, ensure solution quality, security and performance.
• Mentor and onboard new team members, collaborating with product owners and architects.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience delivering Azure‑based integrations.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining actively involved in delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving skills.
