Director, Fraud Product Management

About the role

Lead the fraud and security product strategy for the Argentine market, aligning local customer needs with Fiserv’s global capabilities to deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and market positioning of fraud and security products for Argentina.
• Identify customer needs, regulatory requirements and market trends related to fraud prevention.
• Prioritize the product roadmap balancing customer value, technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with technology, data, compliance, commercial and UX teams.
• Monitor product performance metrics and adjust priorities based on results and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in digital product management within fintech, payments or financial services.
• Solid knowledge of fraud prevention, detection and financial risk management.
• Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders and lead initiatives using agile methodologies.

Required skills

• APIs integration and partner ecosystem experience.
• Scoring models, predictive analytics or machine learning applications for fraud prevention.
• Data‑driven decision making and analytical metric definition.
