Direct Response Copywriter

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Direct Response Copywriter to join our performance‑marketing agency that helps accounting firms across North America grow. The role is remote and focuses on creating high‑converting copy for Meta ads, video sales letters, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑converting Meta ad copy, video ad scripts, and other direct‑response creatives.
• Develop video sales letter (VSL) scripts that educate prospects and drive conversions.
• Create landing page copy and collaborate with media buyers to build high‑performing pages.
• Write email sequences and broadcast emails to nurture leads.
• Work directly with clients to understand their offers and marketing objectives.
• Review campaign performance and adjust copy based on ROAS, conversion rates, and other metrics.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes to improve copywriting efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in direct‑response copywriting, preferably in a performance‑marketing agency.
• Proven track record writing conversion‑focused copy for high‑ticket services.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response marketing principles and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with knowledge of US consumer behavior.
• Highly responsible, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
