Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead complex, technology‑driven initiatives from inception through delivery. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and digital solutions, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct delivery activities and resolve obstacles on large‑scale programs with integrated digital components.
• Guide initiation, planning, execution, and release management of complex projects.
• Determine and apply suitable delivery methodologies and establish governance frameworks tailored to client settings.
• Act as the delivery and technology partner, aligning client vision with feasible solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in leadership or architect roles.
• Proven record of delivering full‑cycle software solutions in distributed, highly technical environments.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ and collaborating with VP‑level stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of planning, resourcing, and delivering large‑scale technical projects.

Required skills

• Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms.
• Mobile app design and development.
• Cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Microservice architectures and Domain‑Driven Design.
• User Experience Design components, including design systems, user research, accessibility, and content strategy.
