Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

Fever is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to own and drive full‑marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide. You will design high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns across social platforms and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn audience interest into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the complete marketing strategy for Fever’s experiences, both partner‑driven and Fever Original events.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize performance‑marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other social channels.
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyse results, identify opportunities and continuously improve performance.
• Leverage advanced data insights to guide strategic decisions and refine marketing models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content teams to provide strategic direction for campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with paid social platforms.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong academic background in business or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Facebook Ads (including Instagram placements).
• Performance‑marketing campaign management.
• Data analysis and forecasting for marketing performance.
