Digital Experience Engineer

About the role

The Digital Experience Engineer drives ExxonMobil's Digital Employee Experience strategy by leveraging Nexthink and related technologies to monitor, measure, and improve employee digital interactions across endpoint devices and workplace services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Digital Employee Experience platform, managing Nexthink configuration, governance, and lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and deploy Nexthink use cases for observability, automation, compliance, endpoint health, and user‑experience improvements.
• Analyze digital experience metrics, monitor DEX scores, and identify trends impacting employee productivity.
• Build and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions, campaigns, workflows, and self‑healing automations using PowerShell and Nexthink Flow.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards to provide visibility into user experience and endpoint performance.
• Collaborate with End User Computing, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Application Support teams to resolve experience‑impacting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Experience, Endpoint Engineering, EUC, IT Operations or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience administering Nexthink in enterprise environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and endpoint remediation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
