Device Solution Engineer – Endpoint Management

About the role

The EUC Device Solutions Engineer will design, secure, and continuously improve endpoint management capabilities across the enterprise, combining End User Computing, cybersecurity, and automation expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance Microsoft Intune services, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and firewall configurations.
• Manage endpoint environments through Intune and MECM/SCCM, implementing co‑management and phased deployment strategies.
• Engineer secure authentication solutions such as certificate‑based authentication, SmartCard integration, and MFA.
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and security agents across managed devices.
• Develop PowerShell automation, Intune Proactive Remediations, and endpoint self‑healing capabilities.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, performance, and security posture using telemetry platforms like Nexthink and Datadog.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Endpoint/EUC Engineering, Modern Workplace, or Systems Engineering.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 endpoint management and PowerShell scripting.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
