Paid Media Analyst

About the role

As a Paid Media Analyst you will be the technical engine behind digital campaign execution, turning client briefs into actionable plans and handling hands‑on implementation in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite. You will ensure precision across all digital touchpoints, from naming conventions to budget pacing.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including audience building, creative testing and troubleshooting.
• Implement and daily manage Search, Display and Video campaigns in Google Ads.
• Maintain naming conventions and UTM structures for clean data across platforms.
• Review digital assets to meet Google and Meta technical specifications before launch.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure creative assets are correctly formatted for digital delivery.
• Support digital strategy development using tools like Google Keyword Planner and Meta Audience Insights.
• Assist in performance estimation and benchmarking of digital trends.
• Extract daily data from Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, monitor live campaigns and recommend optimisations.
• Organise insights into client‑facing slides to tell the data story.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in digital media.
• High attention to detail for tracking codes, platform specs and budget pacing.
• Proactive mindset to identify and solve potential campaign issues.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Google Keyword Planner.
• Meta Audience Insights.
• UTM tracking and naming conventions.
• Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360 and Display & Video 360 (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (nice to have).
• Google Ads (Search/Video) certification or Meta Blueprint certification (nice to have).
