Customer Success Manager – Salesforce Cloud Solutions

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to act as the primary contact for its largest Core and Marketing Cloud customers in Argentina. You will partner with a select group of accounts, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their Salesforce investment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey, coordinating Signature Success services, renewals and expansion for Marketing Cloud applications.
• Provide proactive guidance on new Salesforce features, advise on adoption of annual releases, and act as the escalation point for high‑severity incidents.
• Build strong relationships with IT and business leaders, and collaborate with internal teams, partners and ISVs to address customer needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years in technical Customer Success, SaaS platforms, technology consulting or solutions architecture.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives and translate technical concepts into business value.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
