Customer Experience Trainee

About the role

Thales is looking for a Customer Experience Trainee to support its audit and administrative processes. The role is based in Buenos Aires and combines on‑site collaboration with remote work, offering exposure to identity management and digital security projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee audit processes, validate documents and upload them to SharePoint.
• Conduct weekly calls with the Customer Service team to align on deliverables.
• Act as the main contact for artwork homologation and customer card design approvals.
• Manage creation, revision, rejection and approval of Ucodes and OIs in PDM and Conecta systems.
• Handle brand submission approvals and follow‑up activities.
• Produce and manage Perso reports for Thales, Valid and customers.
• Support internal reporting requirements and other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Argentinian citizenship or a valid work permit.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, based in the Buenos Aires office.
