Customer Care Professional – Advanced French & English (KYC)

About the role

American Express is seeking a Customer Care Professional fluent in advanced French and English to join its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) team. In this role you will deliver high‑quality, relationship‑focused support, helping members resolve inquiries quickly while reinforcing brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer account questions in a fast‑paced, structured environment.
• Investigate product or service issues, ask probing questions, and provide tailored solutions that drive brand advocacy.
• Document account details accurately and suggest customized offers that deepen engagement.
• Measure performance through customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French (advanced level) and English.
• Resilient in a metric‑driven, high‑volume setting with strong multitasking abilities.
• Experience in customer service with a passion for building loyalty.
• Consultative mindset, able to influence and find creative, customized solutions.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
