About the role

Assurant is seeking a Customer Care Operations Supervisor to lead a team within its Global Capability Center. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and collaborating with U.S.-based clients.

Key responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a customer care team.
Monitor KPIs related to quality, productivity, attendance, and SLAs.
Manage performance issues, escalations, and operational challenges.
Identify root causes and implement improvement plans.
Prepare and present operational reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience leading Customer Service, Contact Center, BPO, Banking, or Insurance operations.
Strong analytical, coaching, and communication abilities.
Advanced or bilingual English (C1/C2) is mandatory.
Experience with insurance, mortgage servicing, financial services, or shared services is preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
