About the role

We are looking for an organized Associate Claims Examiner to manage shipping insurance claims for packages shipped via major carriers. The role involves direct interaction with customers throughout the claims process, from filing to resolution, as well as handling general inquiries.

Key responsibilities

Process and manage a high volume of incoming and ongoing claims.
Communicate with customers about open claims via email, live chat, and telephone.
File and discuss claims with shipping companies such as UPS and FedEx.
Answer customer support questions and scan documents.

Required profile

Minimum 12 months experience in a customer‑service or claims environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Reliable attendance record.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with QuickBooks (preferred).
Comfortable using the Internet for research and email communication.
