Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join a growing multicultural team at Assurant as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound and outbound calls for US‑based insureds, banks and internal departments, providing support in English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and make calls to customers, banks and internal teams in a call‑center environment.
• Assist clients with inquiries about coverage, payments and administrative processes.
• Keep system information up to date and resolve or route queries to ensure excellent service.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• High school graduate or early‑year university/technical student.
• Availability to work on national holidays and follow a hybrid schedule (4 days remote, 1 day onsite).

Required skills

• Customer service experience (1 year is a plus).
