Creative Strategy Lead – Marketing & Growth

About the role

Fever is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to join the Marketing & Growth team in Buenos Aires. You will shape the strategic vision for high‑impact creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple global markets, turning audience insights into performance‑driven content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for 360° creative campaigns and brand projects in various markets.
• Develop end‑to‑end creative strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Translate insights into briefs that inspire multimedia production and collaborate with design and video teams.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, presenting and defending strategies.
• Design scalable methodologies for systematic campaign planning and lead ideation workshops.
• Evaluate campaign performance and turn analytics into actionable optimizations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, strategic planning, or brand strategy in an agency or fast‑paced in‑house environment.
• Proven expertise in 360° campaign conceptualization and multi‑platform execution.
• Strong leadership with a track record of mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to turn data into creative visions.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, comfortable in a fast‑moving scale‑up culture.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with clear communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Buenos Aires.
