About the role

Statiq is looking for an Ad Concept Specialist who will bridge creative inspiration, performance insights, and client strategy. The role focuses on developing data‑driven Meta ad concepts that align with each client’s brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document high‑performing Meta ad concepts, trends, and creative opportunities across industries.
• Turn daily campaign performance data into actionable recommendations and continuously refine concepts.
• Ensure creative recommendations align with client brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Create strategy presentations, recommendation decks, and performance reports for clients.

Required profile

• Curious about why certain ads outperform others and able to extract meaningful insights from data.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with AI and automation tools while balancing creativity with analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Meta (Facebook) advertising platform knowledge.
• Performance data analysis and reporting.
