About the role

This mentorship‑driven program blends executive assistance with creative and social‑media support. You will work directly with the CEO of a growth‑focused consulting team, gaining hands‑on experience in business operations, content creation, and client outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting preparation.
• Track tasks, follow‑ups, and organize project files.
• Assist in creating decks, proposals, and client presentations.
• Schedule and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Write captions, generate creative ideas, and help maintain brand voice.
• Research trends, hashtags, and industry content to inform strategies.
• Support appointment setting, client outreach, and lead research.
• Compile performance reports and insights for optimization.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, strategy calls, and campaign planning.
