Cloud Security Engineer – Secure CI/CD & Multi‑Cloud

About the role

EY is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to join its Security Technology Services Engineering team. You will design and deliver secure development capabilities across Azure, AWS and GCP, embedding security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and supporting AI‑enhanced security workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, engineer, implement and support secure CI/CD patterns with integrated security gates (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Provide technical oversight and act as a subject‑matter expert for cloud security use cases across multi‑cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Security Architects, Service Delivery, Security Operations and Cyber Defense to enable security solutions.
• Lead projects, deliver security solutions, and provide level‑4 operational support.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in security, DevOps or platform engineering with a strong security focus.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP) and CNAPP/CSPM tools such as Wiz.
• Proven ability to work in large, global, virtual teams and mentor technical staff.

• Secure CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Application and software supply‑chain security (SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, DAST, container image scanning)
• Cloud security controls and automation on Azure, AWS, GCP
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
• Container and Kubernetes security (AKS/EKS/GKE, image scanning, policy controls)
