About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Data Solutions Manager, leading client service workstreams that blend consulting, business processes, and technology delivery to create data‑driven solutions for customer and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data solutions workstreams across client engagements, aligning delivery plans with business needs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for end‑to‑end solution delivery.
• Guide teams in analyzing business processes, customer needs, and technology capabilities to shape solution design.
• Coach team members in agile delivery methods, technical consultation, and solution deployment.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure architecture and integration decisions support intended outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to use emerging technologies, AI, and digital tooling to improve delivery approaches.
• Build client relationships to translate experience goals into actionable data and technology solutions.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
