Clinical Project Manager – Regional/Global (LATAM) – Remote

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead regional/global projects, focusing on LATAM candidates. This remote position involves overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs and ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring launch, conduct, and closeout align with contractual agreements.
• Lead clinical teams to meet quality, timeline, and budget targets while being accountable for financial performance.
• Coordinate activities of all project conduct partners, proactively identifying and managing issues.
• Maintain project information in databases, ensure inspection readiness, and prepare project materials for internal and external meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interdisciplinary clinical research programs.
• Ability to oversee financial performance and deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant SOPs.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.
