Client Support Analyst

About the role

The Client Support Analyst will work with product specialists, consultants and customer teams to help clients maximise the value of Kainos' Smart Product Suite. This role combines customer engagement, business process analysis, testing and product knowledge to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding and ongoing operations for customers using the Smart Product Suite.
• Deliver support services as part of the Smart Gold Service, building trusted relationships through proactive engagement.
• Execute, maintain and report on customer test packs, analysing coverage and recommending improvements.
• Analyse customer Workday configurations across HCM, Recruiting, Financials, Payroll and Security.
• Share knowledge, best practices and product expertise to enable customer adoption.
• Contribute ideas for product enhancements and work with development teams to validate new features.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing environment with a strong customer‑first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate within remote, globally distributed teams.

Required skills

• Workday platform knowledge.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing practices.
• Experience with cloud‑based SaaS or enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, Financial Management).
