Client Manager Lead (Remote)

About the role

Statiq is looking for a proactive Client Manager Lead to own the client experience across the entire lifecycle. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating creative production and ensuring seamless delivery from request to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Guide clients through onboarding and transition to ongoing account management.
• Review creative briefs for completeness and coordinate with designers, ad concept specialists, and marketing assistants.
• Track project timelines, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to clients.
• Handle revisions, approvals, and feedback while keeping workflows efficient.
• Identify and mitigate client risks, remove operational bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project tracking in internal systems.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in client management, customer success, account or project management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills in English.
• Excellent organizational ability to juggle multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• High ownership, accountability, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience working remotely or in a startup/agency setting.
