Chief Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to define and deliver a secure, automated hybrid infrastructure spanning Windows, Citrix and cloud platforms. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers and ensure smooth operational handoffs.

Key responsibilities

• Define hybrid infrastructure architecture with an automation‑first, zero‑trust approach.
• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance environments across on‑prem and multi‑cloud.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code adoption, provide standards and mentorship.
• Engineer identity and access management for on‑prem and cloud systems.
• Build PowerShell‑driven automation and self‑service workflows.
• Align security, privacy and compliance requirements with engineering controls.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, application and service desk teams.
• Present technical decisions and trade‑offs to varied audiences.

Required profile

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering in hybrid environments.
• 5+ years of enterprise Windows design and integration.
• 5+ years of cloud experience (AWS or Azure) with identity and hybrid patterns.
• 5+ years of Infrastructure as Code development.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) and relevant degree or equivalent experience.
