About the role

Lead the Job Preparation Program for the ML Fellowship, guiding Fellows through LinkedIn profile building, résumé creation, cover letters, interview preparation and negotiation strategies to secure AI roles in the US and LATAM markets.

Key responsibilities

Conduct onboarding sessions to understand Fellows’ career objectives and provide personalized 1:1 coaching and weekly check‑ins until placement.
Manage job‑seeking tools, collaborate with hiring managers, and report metrics such as applications, interviews, offers, placement rates and salaries.
Collect feedback to improve the training program and serve as the main point of contact for Fellows post‑placement.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, communication, technology or related field.
Experience qualifying candidates and developing job preparation strategies for data science, ML engineering or AI roles in the US/LATAM.
Highly analytical, data‑driven, able to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Excellent communication in English and Spanish and ability to work with multicultural teams.
