Bilingual Server (Spanish/English) – Quito & Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Server to join our team in Quito, with the possibility of relocation to Dubai. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages.
• Serve food and drinks, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain clean, well‑set tables throughout service.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Answer menu questions and provide detailed information in both languages.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar server or waitstaff role.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a warm, hospitality‑focused approach.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with clear and courteous communication.
• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels or catering; hospitality or tourism training is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team, and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Full‑time availability, including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai for project assignments.
