Bilingual Recruiter – English/Spanish (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to support our healthcare clients. Working remotely, you will guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming applications from job boards, referrals and social media.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress through the recruitment process.
• Follow up on onboarding requirements, compliance documents and credential submissions.
• Provide timely communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to candidate care.
• Experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
