Associate Recruiter – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas. This fully remote position focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer management, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Manage a high‑volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video.
• Drive outbound engagement through calling, messaging, and email outreach.
• Present and manage offers, including candidate communication and negotiation support.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to align on hiring needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruiting environments.
• Experience recruiting across the continental United States.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates and build strong pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Avature or Workday.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) for role communication.
