Assistant Clinical Research Associate (FSP)

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies as an Assistant Clinical Research Associate. You will work remotely on assigned projects, assisting the CRA and study Clinical Lead with site preparedness, logistics, and remote monitoring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site management tasks according to the study task matrix, including pre‑study assessments, document collection, and site supply coordination.
• Support remote review of EMR/EHR checklists, essential document updates, and centralized monitoring tools.
• Assist with site staff training, system access management, and vendor qualification processes.
• Coordinate site payments, invoice reconciliations, and maintain vendor trackers.
• Complete administrative duties such as expense reports and timesheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a life‑science discipline, Registered Nursing certification, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in oncology clinical trial coordination.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and therapeutic areas.
• Understanding of ICH GCP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and ability to learn study‑specific software.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
