Appointment Setter – Health & Nutrition Call Center

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing health‑tech and nutrition company. You will be the first human contact for leads, guiding them through educational resources and moving them toward life‑changing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to webinar registrants, assessment completers, and prospects.
• Encourage webinar attendance, follow up with missed attendees, and schedule sales calls.
• Engage webinar participants who showed interest but did not book a call, answering basic questions and building trust.
• Maintain accurate lead status, tasks, and notes in Close CRM.
• Consistently meet daily dialing targets and weekly appointment‑setting benchmarks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting or outbound sales is highly desirable.
• Exceptional English verbal skills with the ability to sound natural to a US‑based audience (55+).
• Warm, bubbly, patient demeanor with strong resilience for high‑volume outreach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Close CRM.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $7‑$8 plus bonuses/commissions.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday, with two shift options (8 AM‑4 PM EST or 12 PM‑8 PM EST).
